They have such a lazy work ethic. I was waiting on a package from my gf for Christmas she sent it perfectly right everything so on the package it said return to sender No mail receptacle . Wtf. I have one. And they crushed it >:(

Our carrier crammed a size 2x winter coat (as much of it as he could) into our mailbox bending the lid so bad it wouldn't close. After confronting him he finally straightened it enough to get it closed. This morning I found my box from Amazon crushed and crammed in the mailbox. I'm expecting fragile products anytime now but I can't reach the post office. Really disappointing!

The clerks at this office are rude and so it the postmaster. A few days ago we had a package that was mailed to our physical address by mistake and we never got it. We went to the post office and they said it had been delivered to a vacant house 2 door down from our business. She said they had a substitute driver that day and I explained that was no excuse. She said the package was simply lost now. A few days later the package was returned to sender. Now, a few days ago we ordered another package and they accidentally sent it to our physical address again and I went to the post office and she said to just monitor the tracking number and when it showed it had arrived at this office to call or come by and they would hold it. This morning we called and the postmaster was rude and said this is the last time they will hold a package for us, yet we had never asked them to hold one for us in the past. We do have a PO Box a couple towns over that we get mail at and our vendors have corrected the issues. We do not get mail here at our business since there in no mail box and we don't want one because our packages are valuable and the carrier here seems to think it's ok to deliver to incorrect addresses costing us more money out of our pockets. If the employees here don't like their jobs then they need to find new ones. They are supposed to help people not be rude and disrespectful. I have had issues with 2 clerks and the postmaster here. And they have nothing but bad reviews on google for this location. Something needs to be done!!!

I took off a day of work a few years ago because I was expecting a delivery and knew I had to sign for it. Waited all day long and nobody ever came. That evening I walked down to the mail box and I had the pink slip in my mail box and the deliver person wrote on it "No one home." I saw red. By that time the post office was closed and i had to wait all weekend. Then the following Monday was a holiday. Of course they were closed. I went down there and got my package the next day and requested to speak to whoever left the pink slip. The guy just happened to be there. I told him "I missed a day of work waiting on this item because I knew I would have to sign for it. No one ever came to my house because I was there all day waiting. Why did you put no one was home." His then said "Well we don't know where your house exactly is." Now I will say that my mailbox is down the road from my house for some stupid reason. In disgust, I left and didn't say anything more. So now whenever I order something. I make sure that who ever I am ordering from does not ship using USPS. I will pay extra to use UPS or Fedex. They have never had a problem finding my house. Plus I could name names but I won't the woman who works inside the post office is not friendly at all. I have even tried being nice and she blatantly ignores me. RUDE! I do not go in there very much unless it is an emergency. I go to Roland post office..who isn't much better. That's it, I'm done.

Very rude.
